This is LyTrōo Photography and my name is Liz Trinkle.
I am Virginia based photographer who specializes in portraits. While I have been known to have a camera in hand even in childhood, visual media has “officially” been a passion of mine since 2008. This business - Lytroo Photography - launched in 2024.
What’s up with the name?
Lytōo is a Greek word meaning “redeemed”. When choosing a name for my company, this was the perfect fit for two reasons. Firstly, I have personally experienced redemptive power of Jesus Christ who has rescued me in spite of myself, and want to represent Him in all things. Secondly, visual media is saturated with such harmful and hateful images, LyTrōo Photography serves to redeem this space by providing art that illuminates in that darkness.
