About Me

Hi, I'm Liz.

I'm the photographer behind LyTrōo Photography.

I've always been the one reaching for a camera. Long before photography became my career, I loved preserving the little moments that others might overlook.

In 2008, I bought my first "big girl" camera, and photography quickly became more than a hobby—it became a creative passion. Then, in 2020, I began photographing family and friends, often with nothing more than my phone. Those early sessions sparked something bigger, and as my skills, experience, and equipment grew, so did the dream.

In 2024, that dream officially became LyTrōo Photography.

Today, I have the privilege of documenting growing families, joyful milestones, and the beginning of lifelong marriages. My goal is to create timeless, true-to-life photographs that preserve genuine connection and tell your story with honesty and care.

What’s with the name "LyTrōo"?

LyTrōo is derived from the Greek word meaning "redeemed."

The name was chosen with intention for two reasons.

First, it reflects my own story. Jesus Christ has redeemed my life with a love and grace I could never earn, and I desire for every part of my business to honor Him.

Second, it reflects my mission as an artist. In a world where visual media often celebrates comparison, vanity, and darkness, I want LyTrōo Photography to be a small part of redeeming that space by creating images that reflect beauty, hope, genuine connection, and the God-given value of every person.

It is a privilege to preserve the moments you'll never get back—and I would be honored to tell your story.
